I went by the recommendations and went down a cup size but should have sized down a band size too as it’s not supportive enough on its own for high impact activities. It gapes slightly at the zip closure above the bust but the hook closure and zip make it so easy to do up and comfortable and I love the smooth back!
As with all the parafait bras I’ve tried, the fabric is beautiful but the sizing is very tricky and the straps are very wide set on my fairly broad frame.
Not super supportive so may want to size down in the cup for high impact support.

Such a gorgeous bra! This gives me such a beautiful shape and lift. Comfortable enough to wear all day, even with the boning! I definitely needed to size down. I checked out a Parfait size guide to get my best fit - which was perfect after I measured myself. Parfait is my new favourite bra brand ❤️
